Motivation with-in an organization is crucial to the success of the organization and the personal success of the employee. Understanding the process in which an organization sets goals, gives rewards, performs employee evaluations can make an organization grow as well as keep up a good performance reputation. Setting goals can have an impact on workplace productivity in a positive and a negative way. Rewards that are given for quality performance helps an individual be able to assess themselves, helping them be able to have job satisfaction along with personal growth. . Is a program that the Isle of Capri Casino has had incredible success with, in making their customers feeling welcome and noticed (Inc, 2012). This organization strives to have a base of employees who are the fae of the organization. The emloyees are the first person a customer encounters and the last person the individual encounters when leaving. The See. Say. Smile program helps give the employee the tools to make the customer feel welcomed and comfortable while having a great time (Inc, 2012). Tasks or Responsibilities Working as a house keeper for the Isle of Capri Casino was a fun, rewarding, and learning experience. Housekeepers for the casino floor were to clean the cubby holes between the casino machines, ash trays, and clearing trash, sweep floors, and help make the customers feel as comfortable as possible. Making the customer comfortable and happy is one of the goals of the casino.
