Executive Summary JEC Sweets is a restaurant located La Salle Drive, John Bosco District. We can loosely be described as a quick-service restaurant where customers sit around a bar and watch their desserts being made. The show, as well as the dessert, is our main selling point. The durian is the fruit of several tree species belonging to the genus Durio and the Malvaceae family. Widely known and revered in Southeast Asia as the "king of fruits", the durian is distinctive for its large size, unique odor, and formidable thorn-covered husk. Our desserts are freshly picked from the farm. Durian fruit is our main recipe. This food is very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Vitamin B6 and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C. The ingredients needed namely sugar, Nestle cream, evaporated milk, crashed powdered graham biscuits. Mindanao has a great source of durian fruit in Philippines. Davao City, specifically, contributes much a mass production of our durian fruits. In is indeed a city to which known as a durian capital of the Philippines. Moreover, we also purchase durian fruits from neighboring farm of Bislig City whom we can rely directly and trustfully comfortable of insuring the quality production of what Bisliganons are capable and should be proud of. II. Currrent Situation-Macro Environment Social Factors tremendously affect the restaurant because the publicity and recognition of a restaurant helps attract or discourage customers from dining at that particular establishment.
