This memo contains the Java Coffee Shop’s business plan. Included is a brief description of our business, what sets Java apart from the rest, a diagram of all of our suppliers, a description of what each of those suppliers will do, and a timeline illustrating the steps we will take to get our business up and running. The Java Coffee Shop will be different than its competitors in that the atmosphere will aid the coffee in waking you up. The Java Coffee Shop will have high energy through the help of bright lights, loud music, and an enthusiastic staff. People drink coffee to wake up or stay awake. We believe the ambiance of our coffee shop should help them do the same. Suppliers: • Investors will provide us the start up funds needed to get the coffee shop up and running.
