High turn overage of employee, and 2 individual branch manager responsible for hiring their employees for it own particular branch. It is state on the case that when individual branch is hiring staffs, home office is totally separate in supervision of the process. In my opinion the issue generated of under management performance of human resources management system, of that branch supervisor have to undertake duty of human resource management where it overload her /his work and had less opportunities to effective personal for the job and training new recruits.
