Islam vs. Christianity Muslims believe in one God or Allah. They believe that the purpose of existence is to love and serve Allah. Muslims also believe that Islam is the whole and universal form of an ancient faith that was shown at many times and places before, including through Abraham, Moses and Jesus, whom they consider to be prophets. Muslims consider the Qur’an to be the true revelation of God. Muslims practice the five pillars of Islam, which are required acts of worship. The five pillars of Islam are basic guidelines for everyday life. The Muslim Allah created everything and he is a personal god. Prayer, which is to be done five times a day; 3. Fasting, which is to be done on the ninth month of the lunar calendar; 4.
