Each piece of fact through his use of logos developed the audience’s mindset from bliss to rational. To start his argument about the iPhone 5, first Rosenwald had to recall the measurement of previous upgrades. The iPhone 3G and the iPhone 4 were huge leaps in the technological timeline of Apple products. Rosenwald noted the “most notable addition a thin, gorgeous retina display” (Rosenwald). He then continued to say that the distinction between the next upgrade between the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S, “Not much” (Rosenwald).
Google wants to establish itself as a media giant yet most of products that are branded with the Google name are software driven. Furthermore, Google does not participate in a campaign that enhances the brand. eBay, Amazon, Apple and even Bing utilize brand advertising to reach out to a specific target audience. John Battelle (2012) answered a question from a report on brand advertising by suggesting that Google doesn’t need to do brand advertising, because Google’s service *is* the brand builder. But today, my answer is quite different: Google isn’t doing brand advertising because Google doesn’t know what its brand means (Battelle, 2012).

Apple has initiated a lawsuit against Zhizhen Network Technology over the patent rights for “Siri” but declines to comment on ongoing litigation. Issue The issue concerns intellectual properties of both Apple and Zhizhen Network Technology, and patient infringement on Apple by Zhizhen Network Technology and the State Intellectual Property Office.
the wrong turn HP had high hopes that its TouchPad could catch up to Apple's iPad in the tablet marketplace. But after putting the device out for $499, the company saw few sales. And accuracy further reduces speed. With up to 7.8% of tested sites being wrongly blocked you begin to wonder if Conroy is trolling. And of course with such dodgy plans for censorship, there is a strong opposition. Also opposing the filter is internet superpower Google. They comment that "moving to a mandatory ISP filtering regime with a scope that goes well beyond such material (child abuse and terrorism) is heavy handed and can raise genuine questions about restrictions on access to information."
One who doesn’t know how to operate every video game console? That doesn’t know how to illegally download music? Most teens are proud of these skills, but how will they help you in ten or twenty years? By living in a medieval society, teens would have more knowledge in more practical areas of life. In a medieval society there would be no supermarkets, malls or hardware stores.
Verizon iPhone Personal Hotspot settings (Image: TechCrunch) Verizon got fined a measley $1.25M today for blocking access to tethering apps, mostly on the Android platform. That doesn’t apply to most iOS users (currently), however. That’s because this ruling – for now – only affects LTE 4G devices. With the next-generation iPhone, which will be launched in mid-September, heavily rumored to be the first iPhone to include LTE access, this will affect those choosing to go with Verizon Wireless for their fancy new iPhone. The ruling asserts that Verizon must not charge an additional fee for tethering on its devices so long as they aren’t on the grandfathered unlimited data plans.
