Elliot is proving to ET that he can trust him, that he will protect him and that he will keep him safe. This is an important part of friendship, trust. You have to be able to trust your friends, you want to be able to tell them anything, and count on them for anything. Establishing trust in a relationship early on can really make it a true friendship. Another trait reflected in ET and Elliot’s friendship is loyalty.
The six pillars of characteristics are trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. Trustworthiness is being honest and loyal to your family, friends, and your country. Respect is being tolerant and accepting differences of others. Responsibility is being accountable for your actions, words, and attitude. Fairness is being open minded and giving everyone an equal chance.

A key strength of SVP is in the personalised delivery of help which makes it unique in its role as a charitable organisation. We only offer advice when it is asked for, and do not believe in telling people what they should do. Our aim is to maintain the dignity of the individual and to promote long-term self-sufficiency. We do so by treating people with respect, while endeavouring to build a relationship of friendship, trust and confidentiality.
Being that this is a customer service duty, providing quick and skilled service in a professional way is a main factor. Being pleasant, respectful, and active is a good way to represent myself and God. Because I would only treat someone the way I would want to be treated. With the continued support from the government and its departments the future of VOA is one that can be seen as a positive one. I believe that funding will continue to be given to these facilities.
