By having these policies it will show that the company is willing to be competitive and will do what it takes to recruit and retain employees. There is a problem with a policy like this. It would not be a low cost strategy. Companies would be paying more for certain jobs or all jobs but they would be paying a lot in compensation. To do this the company would have to take away from other parts in the company like training, development and growth.

Students find easier courses through word of mouth or websites that previous students rate their professor in. I always ask people who previously took the course I am interested in whether or not I have a chance of passing the course with a C or higher. Students are afraid of putting their grade point average at risk because the grade point average is a component of the application process that helps colleges decide who to accept. .
The first reason is because a lot of people want a job that will pay very good money. By going to college, you will have the hands-on learning education you need to start your chosen career. This is a huge reason why a lot of careers require you to have at least a two or four year degree. Another reason why college matters is because it helps students boost their confidence level out in the real world. There are countless things that people have to do every single day in life so going college will help give you a better idea of what the definition of life really is.
While unemployment systems are good places to find people looking for a job, those that apply may either not fit into the Tanglewood mold or will move onto another job before the process is over. Tanglewood needs to target those candidates from local high schools and colleges which will prove to be possible management material as they continue in their educational careers. By targeting those that don’t absolutely need a job right now, they will be able to carefully select the right applicants. I am going to school for Business Administration not only to just learn something new, but to grow as a person and develop more in my skills as a manger to possibly run my own business or help run a company.
