The school will be affected by my role because as a team we will plan events that all classes participate in and hopefully enjoy. 6. I was motivated to seek this position because I had experience being a part of SGA before. I enjoyed being a part of the team and now as a rising senior I would like to take on more responsibility because I know I can handle it. I’ve seen the work that goes into planning some of these events
Mandy Davis 07/10/12 Draft 3 ENG 1060 Work Factors of a Job Over the years workers have had interesting experiences that they can all relate to and share. One thing that individuals find most important when going to their jobs is the satisfaction of doing what they love. They like to find something they are happy with. Plenty of laborers are strong believers of feeling optimistic and positive toward a day at work. Being passionate about working and having the right attitude will take a person further in life to explore greater opportunities.
A team is any group of people who are working together cooperatively and interdependently to accomplish a common goal. Working as group might be hard sometimes but most of the time we learn from each other and build a relationship with each other. For me, working as a group for our “Public work project” helped me to become more comfortable with my group members and allowed me to go out and meet new people that we needed for this project. After I started doing this project with my group members we became like best friends. Doing this project as a group made our work exciting; we got new ideas from each other that were worthwhile and built a team relationship.
Lastly, I have just recently applied for a position as an intern at the - and I am confident I will acquire that position. I believe that the RBHS ASB program will benefit from having me as part of the program as a result of my creativity and enthusiasm towards helping the community and school. Besides bringing original ideas and activities to the table, I am also lighthearted and humorous. In order to maintain proper leadership, I believe a good attitude and an open, flexible mind is required. I believe RBHS will truly prosper with me as a member of ASB.
The stories of things that she had been through as a leader were also very similar. I found it very interesting how similar these things were. I learned a lot from this interview, and I greatly enjoyed talking with Jessica. I learned that I should always be open to new things, and I need to stay optimistic for more successful personal leadership achievements. A lot of the things that she told me during this interview I feel will greatly benefit me in my future endeavors of leadership
Using the wiki to do all of our brainstorming, setting goals as well as discussing all relevant details of our assessment is what led our group to success. Our groups success can also be attributed to the fact we relied on everyone's strengths. We had clear intentions from the very start, on 11/8/14 Krystle and Bernadette took the time to form a timetable outlining when we wanted to have goals achieved which was still flexible and easy to achieve. On the 16/8/14 I bought up different aspects of our presentation which needed to be completed as well as actual adding of our individual information. From here as a group each of us put which part we would like to take on there was an equal distribution of work.
By having deadlines set like this, it made everyone accountable and able to have their information or opinion written up in the wiki so we were able to move onto the next stage in a timely manner. In a group task such as this, a major factor would also be the members wanting to succeed. As a group we were all focused on the same outcome, working together and putting our information into the presentation as best as we could. As we were all focused on the same thing, very early on we communicated clearly with our group members. I was heading away on a family holiday for a week and I told the other group members what day I was going away and when I was coming back.
I currently work with children with disability in the Zachary Community School System and love every minute because you get an opportunity to reach out to children who never really had chance and to be able to give them a chance is very rewarding. I chose this study because many children are growing up fatherless and there are not many men in the Education field. My life goals are numerous but one that comes to mind is to change the way people see the field of Physical
I learned so much about all of he diverse cases. Do I want to work in a center like this, no. I really want to be a counselor in an elementary school but I'm so happy I went and got educated because I truly know helping people is what I want to do. This project truly showed me the good in the world, thank you for
When I started my job, I was really excited and happy to know about my job. Though in starting, I had trouble understanding English, all of my co-workers helped me whenever I was in difficulty. They taught me how to work on the register and how to restock supplies. For some time, to communicate with people was not easy for me, but my job gave me a good opportunity to develop my communication skill and self-confidence. Working at that job, I met my new manager Holly, and she was my trainer and friend too.
