All areas and every aspect in organizational behavior in every area of structure and culture have structural characteristics, modern organization, and corporate business strategy and their role of strategy. There are several aspects of structure and explained how strategy, environment, technology, and firm size influence structure. The role of environment, cultural values, and norms in their organizational behavioral draws the line of cultural integration. We also discussed the competing values culture framework, as well as socialization, subcultures, and cultural audits. Understanding these differences is important for both working with other organizations from other cultures and in structuring organizations for and managing people from other cultures. The second approach to organizational culture emphasizes the culture of the organization itself. This approach presumes that organizations can be characterized by cultural dimensions such as beliefs, values, rituals, symbols, and so forth. Within this approach, the approaches generally consist of either developing models for understanding organizational culture or developing typologies of organizational culture. Organizational Behavior draws most heavily on psychology and social psychology.
