It's simple, why would someone want to live a life in which you are rated above your level of understanding or skill? Being overrated complicates the various aspects of our lives and it gives us certain expectations to fulfill, which may lead people to be 'judgemental' over us if they are fulfilled below par. It is not unusual for us to see how a lot of people in this world underrate people on their first impressions. Like for example, a lot of new employees might be underrated when they first join their enterprise.

Most business owners are generally in dispute with moral obligations and ethical conduct in the work place environment. For instance, some business owners may have clients that receive special benefits or items that they can sometimes bribe or use to their advantage. This is both ethically and morally wrong. Although it would appear wise to accept gifts or provide gifts to another company to earn their business you are in fact interfering with normal business practices and in most companies can be a reason for termination for such actions.
As employers want the workers to work efectively for the company they have to turn up for their work, but if they are ill or don’t turn up the company still have to pay them their loan (even though some employers think this is not fair). The caste study rate of absenteeism in 2005 was 2% and in 2007 it was 3.1% this shows us that people are more often ill this might be due to not enough leisure time as a lot of companies want to keep their workers busy and not to have more workers than they actually need or the workers are just lazy and don’t want to turn up for work. Unethical Decision There are a few reasons why I feel George would make an unethical decision and not do anything about the maggots like his manager Paul suggests by running the mix without filters. One of the reasons I feel that George probably acted unethically during this situation is because his peers were doing so as well. You can likely say that this may be a form of peer pressure, however, this is probably seen every day in the workplace. If your peers work a certain way you are likely to follow suite. This is especially true if this was the norm and how the business always operates.
