Introduction The purpose of this personal reflection is to reflect a personal decision making situation that I engaged in decision-making processes. I will identify the decisions via analyzing my personal case about the group presentation. I have been assigned to a five person’s group for our group presentation in week six. I have been appointed to the situation of the group leader because I got a higher mark in this course. Inevitably, we have suffered some problems when we prepared the presentation. We had two weeks to prepare this presentation. However, we all had such hectic schedules and we faced different tasks in other courses. Two weeks were totally not enough. This was our first cooperation, we have barely known each other and we have lacked of communication. In the first meeting, I have noticed the requirements to the group members and ensured personal schedule in order to arrange the meeting time. Then, the significant issue in our group arose from our discussion; it was the allocation of the tasks. Because the tasks were not regarded as the same difficult by all the group members. After the meeting, I have decided that all the tasks were distributed based on our experiences and time schedules in order to reduce the inefficient teamwork. However, the result of the group presentation was not as good as the expectation. I will select the appropriate academic theories, models and frameworks to identify the relevant decision-making issues that arose in my personal
