It is wonderful how much consideration, examination, and data it takes for deciding on the correct adjustment, alteration, and escalation of a corporation’s plan in industrial and organizational psychology. When I initially went through the simulation, I was really way off base with my answers. I was more focused on the money being the issue, but it was not the case. I guess I thought money because there are lots of organizations that are having trouble with having enough money to pay their employees. I thought that since many other organizations have financial issues with how it will cover all of the costs that the company has to pay out, then this situation could be similar, but it was not the same with the Airdevils. The company had been previously thriving, but now it has run into some problems with the managers and employees communicating interpersonally, employee satisfaction, and plenty of repetitive jobs.
A person named Celsey Evans founded the business on her own during 1995, but in less than a year she had hired four of her coworkers. The four coworkers that she hired had started an internal ring for administration concerning the Airdevils. The organization now has many employees that work there and a good number of faithful clients. Just recently, the clients have begun to whine about the Airdevils not performing to their full potential. The employees are also whining about job satisfaction diminishing. The company’s owner, Celsey, has collaborated with a company called Dream Teamworks. Dream Teamworks is a company that specializes in organizational psychology with companies that are having issues and its main goal is to try to make the company’s problems disappear. Dream Teamworks imagines that the reason the workers are not satisfied at work is because they feel like their proposals are of no importance to the company and that their daily schedules are repetitive.
