Water is known to everyone in this world. Water is an essential resource for life and good health. Without water, men die of dehydration. About 70% of the human body is made up of water. A lack of water to meet daily needs is a reality today for one in three people around the world. If there is no water there can be no life. It is vital necessity for any living being. Without water nobody can keep in life. So we say 'water is life'. Water is used for very many purposes such as drinking, cooking, washing, steaming and running machines. We use water in our everyday lives. And because of these, Batangas made some laws and policies. The purpose of these laws and policies is to develop, utilize and manage water resources in a sustainable manner; To protect, restore and rehabilitate water resources to maintain continuity of a balance ecosystem; To ensure strict implementation of adequate adaptation and mitigation measures in curbing the probable effects of Climate Change; and to strengthen capabilities of local government authorities and organizations in protecting, conserving and managing the water resource. I feel ecstatic when I see people running excitedly towards me. It feels great to see children gleefully playing and having fun and also adults relaxing. I feel so overwhelmed that because of me, I can make these things happen, I can make people happy. Whenever I see them having fun with their loved ones, I get kind of jealous. I don’t know why... Maybe because sometimes I feel like I’m alone, I have no one to play with unlike them. But then I realized that I have my friends who are always there for me. I actually have my own group of friends, some of them are: Cory, the coral, Patrick, the Starfish, Silver, the Goldfish, and Sheela, the shell. I am grateful because God made me for who I am and for not forgetting to give me friends. I am happy because He chose me
