D1 make recommendations in relation to identified hazards to minimise the risks to the service user group. The nursery staff should ensure the children are aware of road safety before they are taken on trips to the park. The staff should also be trained on how to handle children which are taken on trips outside the class room. The main hazards, that can be easily minimised ; can be when crossing the road staff can ensure all children are holding hands, in the correct formations one behind the other. Staff should go to the nearest traffic light stops or pelican crossings to avoid stopping traffic themselves, if they walked on the road randomly.
Sticking to a routine will help things to not be so chaotic when it comes to transition time and telling the student about a change will help that student deal with that change before problem behavior can occur. I have seen problem behavior before in a child that I worked with who had autism. We were going on a field trip and the teacher neglected to tell the child that we were going on a field trip. I did not know that he was not told about it and my bus monitor did not know. So, when she called his name to go get on the bus, he freaked out.

Make sure the areas have enough room for the children to be engage in the areas activities. Children not aware of the dangers in classroom and outdoor area, by going over the safety precautions in a manner it won’t be over bearing or intimating to children. Having them be involved in making the rules of safety in classroom/outdoor area of what are do and don’t. Make sure first aid kit is available and ready just in case if a student have an accident in classroom. It’s a big plus for me to learn more about what I can do for the safety of my children.
However, the school district can go one step further and deal with one-to-one cases to eliminate issues surrounding the rezoning. The main issue with the parents was the transportation and the school board has the solution to increase in buses available for the students. Overall, the rezoning plan should be effective for all stakeholders and learning experience for the students as they enter the real
The March on Washington, was a part of how the civil rights leaders expected to get their voices be heard. Many were tired of not being heard by their government and decided to do something about it. On August 28, 1963, massive crowds of people joined together to March down Constitution and Independence avenues. More than 2,000 buses, 21 special trains, 10 chartered airliners, and uncounted
There is a strict rule that needs to be followed concerning children being picked up from school and if parents cannot pick their children up, meaning someone else picking them up, the school needs to know to avoid any risks of child abduction. Children wait in the school entrance following after school activities, until the correct person arrive to collect the pupil. The duties of supervisory staff e.g. Teaching Assistants are to make themselves familiar with the H+S Act and any other safety issues relevant to their area of work. The School treats Health and Safety seriously, from the playground to the classrooms, the people in the setting are made aware of the risks and told that possible risks are also laminated and put on the walls as an extra reminder of any risks there may be.
If he loses something at nursery and asks a member of staff where it is, they should encourage him to go looking for it as it gives him a sense of responsibility and can make him remember that he shouldn’t just put items down in random places. Nurseries and school should provide road safety lessons. This teaches them all about the road safety and that they have to be careful when crossing the road. James’ mother or father will take him and pick him up from school as he is only little and isn’t expected to travel to and from school by his self. He should still have the basic knowledge of road safety and the nursery staff should as the children questions about this so they know the basis information.
Random locker checks are not done to torment and/or invade the privacy of the students, but for many other important reasons which include school security. These checks are required because malicious students bring drugs and weapons to school and store them in the lockers. Random locker checks should be made obligatory and done frequently to assure the wellbeing of the students. In the first place, locker checks help increase the safety in schools. Safety is a problem in every environment and especially school.
They feel that these policies will help in keeping their schools safe and it really has for years. Even with the effort our country makes in gun free policy litigation and legislation is being forced on our colleges and universities to allow concealed firearms on campus. "The states allowing for concealed firearms are Utah, Colorado, Arkansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Oregon, Kansas and Wisconsin" (Armed Campuses). Statistics show a high percentage of violent crimes are done off school grounds. Parents and students are the voices to keep the firearms off campus we need to be heard and tell our
