Many employers now evaluate the applicant’s credit report, although it does the employer no good knowing what companies you have or have not paid it tells them a whole lot about how responsible the person is; which is one of the most essential skills needed to be successful in today’s workforce. In my opinion, the most ideal employee will have the skills of being punctual, honest, responsible, kind, being able to work well with others, and being willing to further their education. They will also have the knowledge of knowing when to use their resources and where to find the information needed, and to not be fearful of the consequences when they make a mistake and being honest enough to verbalize it. The skill of being punctual speaks for itself when working any job it is important that you are clocked in and ready to work when you shift starts. Not only because you have a job of which, is organized based on your scheduled hours, but also for the respect of your co- workers.
This is different from selection – though information gained through the selection process should be useful during the assessment. ●Initial assessment is a process, not a single event and uses a range of methods which help prospective employers and providers to find out about learners. This process helps learners to find out about themselves and their programme (what they will learn, and how). The outcomes of initial assessment help to inform the individual learning plan (ILP). In fact, it would be difficult to supply all the information needed for an ILP without carrying out a thorough initial assessment.

Right to know criteria for excellence in research. (Correct) This right is a little more difficult to define. Because “excellence” has both objective and subjective criteria, personal preference may keep the list of criteria from being as specific as we would like. However, those who are doing evaluations should work to make the criteria as specific and clear as possible so people can make choices about how to shape their own work. Right for key people to be protected so that work is done effectively.
There is no one way to motivate employees; each individual employee has to make the choice to figure out what motivates him or her. To be a successful manager or supervisor, you have to understand that you can’t teach your employee’s to be motivated, but you have to create an environment that encourages and promotes employee motivation. Managers must use positive motivational techniques consistently and timely in order for them to be effective. The most effective employees are those that feel valued and supported, but also feel that they are progressing and developing through the completion of challenging tasks (www.careers-help.couk). “Subject: Well, that’s your opinion. If he doesn’t want to continue, I’m taking orders from him. Experimenter: You have no other choice, sir, you must go on.” (Milgram, 48). The experimenter imposes his inherent authority over the figure by telling him that his options in this scenario are virtually nonexistent. Although there is no way, in any situation, that a subject can be forced to comply with authority, power is always an influential rhetorical device.
It is important to keep a balance of the important things in one’s life otherwise, weaknesses can be developed that shadows over a person’s natural strength to prioritize. A balance of the important things in one’s life is what allows personal success to be achieved. Successfulness is the ability to seize new opportunities and explore new paths in life. Balance is the key to success because when there is balance in one’s life there is a cut back of stress, which makes room for the ability to thrive; and a person’s ability to thrive is what carries them to their personal success. To be successful is to understand what is important to you, to recognize your weaknesses without hiding behind them, to strive for balance as well as open new doors in life.

In addition, in most cases they will serve what you like anyway because they are trying to win you over on their side anyway. What we must realize and understand is that not everybody likes the same things and the same people. However, we must not be so ethnocentric that we think we are the best and no one else matter. We must understand that the world is bigger than we are and that we can learn from other culture. We must see that culture relativism is a must and the best way to go if we want to grow together.
