It has been noted that being compelled to wear uniforms in the educational system is beneficial and advantageous. In fact, uniforms have been made mandatory in numerous educational establishments around the world. First of all, an individual wearing a uniform will not contemplate what to wear each morning. In addition, schools will not have to concern themselves with the act of bullying against other students due to clothing. Finally, all students in uniforms will have the opportunity to represent their school in a positive manner. Thus, it is clear that all schools should enforce the implementation of uniforms. An individual wearing a uniform will not contemplate what to wear each morning. An advantage is that students will not have to waste unnecessary time getting ready. One would get more sleep and also gain more time for brushing teeth, doing one’s hair and other morning preparations. Parents will then preserve money from investing in clothes for their children. “A school uniform apparently also saves students from putting their fashion tastes before their learning requirements. When they don’t have to spend time wondering what to wear and how to make a fashion statement, they can devote more time to getting an education.” (Panse, Sonal, www.buzzle.com) This quote refers to the time saving benefits that can be realized by the implementation of uniforms and alternatively using the saved time in the more worthy pursuit of education. Schools will not have to concern themselves with the act of bullying against other students due to clothing. One will not be ridiculed about their clothing by others as how can someone ridicule another for wearing the same outfit.
