Illegal immigration has been an important and serious issue for decades; which affects everyone, both Americans and immigrants themselves. Illegal Immigration has three main purposes: first to find a better life in the “promise land”, second: free healthcare, and third: for criminal activity. Most illegal immigrants come to America with the best intentions for themselves and/or their families, but many others have alternative motives. April 2010, Arizona enacted two laws addressing immigration, SB 1070 and HB 2162. These laws added new state requirements, crimes and penalties related to enforcement of immigration laws and were to become effective on July 29, 2010. Before the laws could go into effect, the U.S. Department of Justice filed a lawsuit asking for an injunction against these laws arguing that they are unconstitutional. On July 28, Judge Bolton granted the request for injunction in part and enjoined those provisions related to state law officers determining immigration status during any lawful stop; the requirement to carry alien registration documents; the prohibition on applying for work if unauthorized; and permission for warrantless arrests if there is probable cause the offense would make the person is removable from the United States. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer appealed the injunction and arguments were heard by the 9th U.S.

There are unpleasant aspects of immigration, which includes the hardships faced to reach America and the conflict to gain acceptance. For legal immigrants of the United States to become a citizen, they have to go through a set of procedures. Currently, to enter the United States, they first must receive a visa. There are many different kind of visas. Most popular visas are Students, Temporary workers, Treaty Traders & Treaty Investors, and Family sponsor.
They also come in pursue of giving a better educational opportunities to their young children. Also immigrants are more likely to create jobs and pay taxes when they live in the United States which helps the economy grow stronger. Although there are many negative conceptions about immigrants these individuals should have the opportunity to migrate to the United States for a better life. Many of the immigrants that migrate were left with no other option but to enter illegally through the border because in there countries they suffered from poverty, crime, the lack of education and opportunities. Well, America has good education but the society is not the best. There are a lot of fights, robbery, murders. Their development in technology is not as good as some countries. This nation owes a lot of other countries debts by large amounts. Therefore, America is not the most civilized country in the world due to the fact that there are a lot of crimes, they owe other countries money and the development of technology is not good compared to some countries.
The migration of the Mexicans affects the US in many ways. As known Mexico has a great problem with drug wars and those drug are usually near the Border. The wars near the border are decreasing the population of the people living around the area. For example, people are very concerned to stay at Juarez or Tijuana.
