EXECUTIVE SUMMARY ICS, Inc. is an information systems consulting firm of 20 employees and the owner is Ivana. The company designs and implements information technology project for small and medium-size business in the metropolitan area. Ivana does all the marketing for the company and is the primary contact between ICS and its customers. ICS received a contract from a Fortune 100 company to design and implements e-business system for the distribution centres. The challenge with the company is behavioural, operational and structural deficiencies. The case of ICS Inc. will be evaluated and a proposed solution will be given. There are various areas identified that are causing challenges within the company. These areas are lack of leadership, no structure within the company, communication, collaboration and prioritisation. After looking at the challenges possible solutions will be identified and will be in the form of conclusion.
