IT Help Desk support the main purpose of the help desk support is maintain productivity and running quick as possible. Important for help desk professionals to understand their role within the organization and especially their role to customers. In additional to having a strong set of technical skills, help desk technicians also need to have a strong set of soft skills. Clients they expect from support function such as should have problem fixed when occur, information should kept in secure, treated well and respect also ,their needs these are the thing clients expect from support function Technical help desk The technical help desk purpose of this position to provide solution when occur and provide high level technical support to the clients. In mostly organization using technical help desk because it’s flexible. The technical help desk person should have products and technologies knowledge to deliver support to the user.
