Zappos owners wanted his company to be fun and weird, making sure to stay adventurous with an open mind. Zappos is also a company that lives by growth and setting goals, so with that comes learning. Zappos is always up on learning the new\and building honest, open relationships, having effective communication within the company and their consumers. Zappos figured out how to accomplish more by doing less by being determined and passionate about their company and remaining humble. Nick has done a successful job at making the company a fun environment to work for, making it exciting for the employees, giving them a reason to want to go to work.

By having a nice body shape, often makes girls feel good about themselves, and as they receive compliments about their body, this can motivate them to keep doing some sort of physical activity to maintain their body. I think that companies benefit greatly off of fads because they are a never ending way for people to express themselves. I think fads are a great way for people to experiment with the person that they are. Fads are typically done by individuals who younger and trying to find the person that they are. Because fads are never ending, it will be interesting to see how the world develops for years to come. It is good for social groups and communities to experience different fads, because it shows people how to deal with change.
Argumentative writing: Participating in team sports helps to develop good character. Do you agree? Team is a term that explains when “together everyone achieves more.” Therefore I think participating in team sports do help to develop a good character. For a single player it is hard to target the goal but if they are all together then achieving the goal becomes easier. One of the easiest ways to develop good habits at a young age is to participate in youth sports. Participation in youth sports results in a healthier adult lifestyle as it gets you used to eating healthy and exercising, forms good daily habits and despite some negative risks, has positive psychological and social benefits that you take into adulthood. Throughout youth sports its encouraged to eat right, hydrate and exercise. Some youth even see a personal trainer to assist with strength and flexibility. Some coaches even require that their team participate in specialized training.
