On the sixth day, man was made. On the sixth day, earth made its greatest enemy. People build, break, destroy, poison and murder each other, themselves and anything they come into contact with. Humans truly are the imbalance in nature… A balance is necessary to function. This fact is valid for all system and mechanisms even for nature and the world we live in. The equilibrium of a balance is so small that the most minute of effects on the equilibrium can cause the greatest outcomes. Take for instance a small pebble dropped into a pond. In order to maintain the balance in nature the positives(eco-friendly activities) have to outweigh the negatives(activities with negative results on the earth) or at least cancel them. This is asking the impossible for us humans! Take for example Mr. x. Mr. x would rather drive the 200m to the store, exhausting the coal reserves, polluting the air we breathe and killing dozens of plants than walking the short distance and enjoying the lovely scenery. Try imagining a world without cars, bombs, buildings or pollution. Sounds perfect for the balance and it is! But this idea is too far-fetched for our modern lifestyles. All that we can do to try and keep the balance in equilibrium is to try and lessen our harmful activities. Walk rather than drive short distances. Recycle. Do not litter. Save water and electricity wherever possible. Etc, etc… Do your bit today to bring the imbalance back to balance, because global warming is a reality and if we keep on going at this rate, our children will have no natural
