Humans live in different areas in the world. Obviously, we all couldn’t live in one place, and so we end up being separated by different geographical features and laws put in place by each nation’s different governments. But as people traveled and as electronics allowed global communication, people around the world have been noticing each other. And one of the main points of interest for people around the world are our rights. Every human is entitled to human rights, but every country has different laws entitling what rights the people in their country have (Casey Leins). One benefit of global human rights in the workforce would be the increased focus of employees when they aren’t distracted by conflicts of discrimination. Workers are also more likely to work well together if there is mutual respect and no instances of one worker putting another down because of their race, sexuality, etc (Unknown). The final benefit would be that employers would have a larger pool of employees to choose for a job if all people were allowed to apply for a job. Inviting different ethnicities to a country allows the culture to become a culmination of different traditions and races that attracts other people to come to that country. Children also have the benefit of being able to learn first hand about their fellow peers culture and traditions in school or while interacting with those whose race or culture isn’t their own (Unknown). People working together or interacting with each other are also open to learning from the people around them.
