Discuss the above statement with examples It is essential for a business success to define the connections and link between the firm’s business strategy and HRM Strategy. Today’s business is a rapid-changing business and it’s because of the changes and new policies in human resource, workforce rules and laws and all related factors of human resource such as demographic factors, globalization and etc. In the business world, there are different types of firms based on the purpose, serving product/service, meet different requirements such as for profit firms and non for profit firms such as schools, hospitals, airports, etc. Although there are different types of organizations, there are some common factors in all of them, including Human Resource Management. Each firm including people and these people and their interaction form the organization. These interactions have to be managed and coordinated and this is why every firm needs human resource management. By HRM firms could coordinated and managed their human resource toward its objectives and goals. Actually HRM is a shared responsibility within the firm. Each department is responsible to coordinate its employee and personnel and on top of all the department, top management has to manage weather all departments are implementing HRM correctly and in interaction with other departments. It is for sure that HRM same as all other concepts of management will not be achievable without teamwork and cooperation.
