It appears that the objectives of both parties to the negotiation are simply to get the sales accounts in question into the “right” hands. It appears that the disagreement is over who will handle the accounts in question. The subsequent back-and forth discourse revolves around the issue of the sales accounts. Len wants them handled his way; Marilyn wants them handled her way. Both sides seemed to have strong opinions on how the sales accounts should be handled.  How would you describe the general "tone" of the exchanges?
