I chose this lens because it seemed as if it were the most rational and that it was in favor of a larger amount of people being satisfied. In this situation, it was plain to see that you would have to act off what is morally right, and the responsibility I owe to the company and employees to feel empathy and fairness. The Rights/Responsibilities lens also allowed me to treat Gayle as a responsible adult who can make choices for herself, while encouraging her to tell you what the problem is so that I can fulfill my duties to all the stakeholders. Also the results lens was used. This lens allowed me to determine the impact my decision will have on all stakeholders.
Unexpectantly the roles had switched, and I became the interviewee. She made me feel at ease and was even able to offer up sound advice on how to make my life what I wanted it to be. These traits, plus the ones that she has acquired or enhanced over the years, are the traits that make a great public relations specialist. The desire to write or create new ideas, the drive to speak in public, make a connection with people, the ability to get back up from a problem and try again, and remembering that there is more to life than just work. These are the traits that will help anyone succeed in the public relations
These buyers have a common need or want and can be satisfied through exchange relationships. 1.2. 2. Designing a Customer Driven Marketing Strategy: Two important questions must be answered for a winning marketing strategy: What customers will be served? Therefore Hebson was able to gain more insight into the women's thoughts on career aspirations. Unstructured interviews are also flexible as the conversation is not constrained by fixed standardised questions. This would have enabled Hebson to generate more valid information and allowed her to probe for deeper meanings. They also provide more opportunity for respondents to say what they want rather than what the interviewer expects. Hence, the women who Hebson interviewed were more likely to give answers that were more in depth and valid.
I observed how one and the same situation might change when viewed from different angles of vision. The language that I used in both cases was rather persuasive and aimed at convincing the reader to believe that the situation was positive or negative. Adding a lot of details to the overall description helped impress the reader and aided in creating a bright image of the encounter in the reader’s mind. Thought I did not mention directly from which perspective the narration was held, such words as “passionately”, “seemed to be leading to the qualitatively new level of life”, “my dream employers”, “shining smiles” hinted the former one, while expressions like “breathing desperately”, “demanding trial”, “nervousness verging on the dizzy feeling of faintness” implied the latter one. Obviously, the words that I used for both descriptions have positive and negative connotations accordingly in the context of the whole story.
In addition, it helps to identify the objective of the group work; this means that the individual will have an aim to meet although there may arise a lot of arguments, but because they know and by understanding the behaviours in the storming stage, it can help the group to work quickly in the forming stage. This means that because the group knows there will be arguments because each individual has different ideas and opinions it will allow them to quickly conquer these differences so that they can go to the forming stage and re-establish these differences of opinions so that everyone in the group is pleased. Also once, you have established that your group is in the norming stage everyone in the group will have a particular role to take part in .The performing stage is frequently achieved by a group leader. In addition, if there is a leader in a health and social care establishment the practitioners will be constantly and continuously reminded to work together this way they will all feel that they have a purpose in their job that they do. This will also ensure that there is low staff
A personalised Induction will always be more effective – Discuss Personally, I think that the title of this essay is true, for many different reasons. As a good hypnotherapist, it is important to find the best way to communicate with your client, to enable them to get the most positive experience and most effective results possible. Surely it is better to take an individual’s preferences into account, it will be much more detailed and take into account the clients likes and dislikes, thus giving more effective results and as hypnosis is very much about getting the client into a relaxed state it makes sense to focus on their preferred modality. I am going to look at the different modalities of individuals, also whether they fit the ‘Authoritarian
9. How carefully is the author’s analysis conducted? The author’s analysis in response to this issue is very well thought out and implied. Talanian
The topic sentences were also a great introduction to the arguments and explanation, creating flow and character in the essay. Not only did I find that the topic sentences supported the essay, however the body supported all arguments in the thesis statement. The body paragraphs, for the most part, stayed on topic and were able to clearly express the opinions of the author of this essay. Although I found some aspects appealing, there were others that I didn’t. I found that one of the sentences seemed awkward.
