Good leadership Being a manager means you must have self-discipline and leadership skills. If you can't lead then you shouldn't be in charge. Good leadership means being communicative, diplomatic but at the same time courageous to say what you think. Being a leader means you won't be inconsistent just to be Mr. or Mrs. Popular. You will gain more respect by sticking to your instincts, doing what you believe is right but not being so rigid that you can't revise your opinions.
A sample group were chosen consisting of those who display “distressing” behaviours on a regular basis but are labelled as being “aggressive”. A common thread emerged which gave rise to a need for more meaningful interaction and occupation and for them to feel that they belonged. Recognising the individual as a person rather than their disability will encourage others to see them as a whole person and not just caring for them to meet one aspect of their needs, instead listening and helping the individual to make informed choices whilst working in partnership with them. 1.2 Explain the importance of an assessment being person centred It is important for an assessment to be person centred as this means it is designed with the individual in mind, and the importance pf meeting the individual’s needs. A person centred approach to assessment will also help to ensure that the individual has the best possible quality of care for them which in turn will ensure that they will be given a good quality of life and be treated the way that they want to be treated.

Just remind yourself of the good things in life that you have done keep this going in your head tell people what you are worth and how great you are and always remind yourself of that. Things like this will help a person and keep them thinking that this is so important in having healthy self-esteem is also shorten the fact that this is reality and not fiction and that it something that need to be done. If a person happens to use their self-esteem for something larger it can ruin it also. An example of this is telling the person they are the fastest by telling them this it can ruin their self-esteem so many ways getting there hopes high to have them crushed will send them on a spiral loop which could end up badly.
