Lomoine & Helen M. Hurst, 2012). The way this information was expressed in this article was very informative. Medication errors can happen at any time, but I never thought there were so many errors in administering medication to infants. After reading the article I would agree that the technology of smart pumps would help in reducing medication dosing error.

Executive Summary This is a service quality management report using The North County Breast Screening Unit (NCBSU) as a case study. NCBSU taking part in the NHS drive to reduce the high mortality rates of breast cancer patients, screens patients for early detection and treatment. The unit serves about half a million residents and screens about 77% of the population responding to invitation; the centre sets achievable standards of 75%. A survey to quantify the quality of service delivery and to identify areas for improvement was carried out. In order to fully analyse and identify gaps in the quality of service provided by NCBSU, a discussion on definition of quality was done, it was concluded that quality may not have a single definition, however through secondary research, it was established that quality is meeting and perhaps surpassing customer’s expectation.
