Since everyone is made differently and everyone thinks differently; communicating is very important for a team to reach its goal. Good team communication makes the team more effective and a team that doesn’t have good communication is the least effective. In the end, poor team communication often leads to a bad outcome for a project or assignment. Thesis Statement: Teams that have effective communication have more productive results.
When it comes to project managers there will always be two kinds of project manager, those who get the work done and those who don’t do so well in other word success or failures. When it comes a project manager the basic characteristics and skills that all project managers should have is the ability to plan a project, to build a team and focus it on the task at hand. And of course, the ability to disband the project team smoothly while retaining what was learned.
