A.1.a. Pre-K Strengths Because of the ever changing demographics in our system this can be very beneficial and has some great advantages with our program. With more non-English speaking children coming into our system this is encouraging our teachers to learn another language. In return it is helping with the language barrier we are facing in our current days. Our system could also look into hiring more teachers with the added benefit of speaking multiple languages and creating more jobs in our area.
VARK is a magnificent tool online that simply helps identify the different types of learning styles that are out there and helps guide individuals in the right path as far as learning goes. VARK stands for Visual, Aural, Read/write, and last but not least Kinesthetic. Visual, Aural, and Read/write mean exactly what they say. These individuals learn best by doing just that. Visual learners need to see things in order to learn, aural learners are better when they hear the information, and reading/writing learners perform best reading information and writing it down.
We continue to learn and strengthen our skills as we grow. B) I learned that I may not always be good at expressing my thoughts. I have learned that I am better at writing out what I feel. I guess I can get more out that way. I have the opportunity to reread what I have written and then make corrections so that the point that I am getting at is full understood by the reader.
It helps you procrastinate, it sharpens your communication and it tells the rest of the world about your persona. Having a large vocabulary also helps you understand and be involved in educative and in better conversations than the usual. Your vocabulary tells the rest of the world a lot about you. It shows a person’s background, upbringing, education, and even his or her inclinations. A large vocabulary shows not only your aptitude for language it impedes people from being judgmental on you, also shows a good, solid background in reading.
An active learner is one who understands new information by doing something with it, and they strive to take a greater responsibility for their own learning, and they take advantage of extra credit opportunities. This fits my learning style very much so. When I am learning something I take what I learn and apply to my homework in that specific subject or use it in other subjects. Also I take responsibility for my own learning by going to get help on what I do not understand, and I always jump at the extra credit when it is available. An intuitive learner is one who prefers to take information in an abstract form such as ideas, images or ideas.
Thinking positive effects the way the material is read. Building vocabulary and learning new words will develop the speed of your reading. Thinking critically, to make sure that the material read is clear and that it can be explained thoroughly to someone else. Building knowledge through reading and studying is the last technique that should be applied. Information that already exists in the mind combined with the new information attained, results in a new context of

This is the best method because its quicker and faster way of communicating and advertising to students . And very Important because its create awareness for new applicants as well as regular students of what courses are being introduced and how it will affect them positively. Videos : This could also be a way of spreading and giving out information around sgs college .This could be Both external and internal because ,there could be a staff or workers meeting using a video to explain the reestablishment of a new building and externally a video to inform students about what the new renovated building is going to used for .This could be done on websites and the importance about this is because its gives a clear knowledge of what is being or going to happen and its easy to follow since its gots pictures and objects in it .
It will help me to better prepare myself for study time and building my reading skills up. With me starting with previewing first, I will be able to summarize what the materials are focused on, and allow me to begin to mentally jot down notes and important facts pertaining to each chapter I read. I am more confident that I will be able to accomplish my reading goals now that I have a stable plan in place! Before, concentration was a huge barrier for me because of the many distractions I have around me. However, I realize how actually having strategies in place will help me do better in my future reading and studying
