How To Deal With Bullies

Dealing with bullies in elementary, middle, and high school has always been a problem for me. Throughout the years, I’ve learned many ways how to avoid or deal with different types of bullies. Keep in mind that the outcome or results of the tips varies on the personality of the victim and on the bully’s and please remember I am not a professional bully handler; I just think I’m an expert because I was able to apply these tips a hundred percent without fail. The number one golden rule for dealing with bullies is not to be a pusillanimous person. You should have guts and a strong mentality, that way you will be able to confront them. No matter how big they are, how strong they, and how hideous looking they are, there will always be ways for you to manipulate them or even turn the tides. The first thing to avoid a bully is to look them in the eye and tell them to stop and walk away. Most of the time I know this won’t work because they are probably going to say, “What are you going do to about it?” or “Oooh I’m so scared,” (sarcastically) but this is only the first step so you don’t have to worry about it. If saying stop doesn’t work then the next applicable thing to do is to confront them a little more aggressive; make sure you don’t show any weakness, or they will feed upon it. By showing no fear, it gives the bully a signal to back away from you. If the bullying is never-ending; depending on the type of person you are, you must choose an option that most fits you, on how to deal with a bully. If you are a shy or quiet person, the only hope is to tattle tell them out. Regardless of how ridiculous you look, you are doing it for your own benefit. If others don’t like it, then that’s their problem. If you are a smart-mouthed person, then a good way to deal with a bully is to beat them at their own game. Use smart terms and big vocabulary, as
