To Success in any types of work, self-confidence plays a vital role. It is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives. It plays an important role in our life about who we are and how we carry ourselves. People who lack self-confidence are less likely to achieve their goals. And it becomes a barrier between them and their success. It also has a major impact on your social life. There are many ways to boost your self-confidence but I will only discuss some basic ones. * Dress Sharp * Work Out * Walk Faster * Good posture * Speak Up Nobody is more conscious about your physical appearance than you are. Improving your physical appearance can make you feel more confident on yourself. Wear good clothes. When you don’t look good it affects the way you think about yourself and interact with other people. It doesn’t mean to spend thousands of dollars on clothes every month. Remember this, “Spend twice as much, buy half as much”. Buy branded clothes rather than cheap clothes. It stays in style longer than cheap clothes. You can improve your physical appearance by taking a shower on regular basis, shaving frequently and wearing good clothes. Along the same lines as physical appearance, physical fitness also plays an important role on your self-confidence. If you’re not strong or out of shape it makes you feel insecure. Negative thoughts come in to your mind. By working out, not only you improve your physical appearance, you also feel energetic. And your day goes well. One of the easiest ways to tell people how they feel about themselves is to examine their walk. Is it tired? slow? painful? Or is it energetic or purposeful?
