This helps to stop accidents because it removes distractions from a p-plate driver so they can focus solely on driving. Another danger P-plate drivers face while on the roads is their driving speed. If a driver is going too fast, they are not able to stop fast enough or pay enough attention while driving, which can cause accidents. The current p-plate laws are effective in reducing accidents through a drivers speed by introducing laws which limit p-plate drivers to the speed of 90km/h, as well as not allowing p-plate drivers to drive turbo or supercharged engines or have modifications in their engines. These p-plate laws are affective in reducing accidents on the road, because they reduce p-plate drivers to a low speed as well as slow cars.
As you can see, texting and or calling while driving can be very dangerous, and should be illegal in all states. This law should be passed in all states because drivers will be less distracted, it could save many lives, and it would be safer for everyone. Texting while drving has already resulted in numerous injuries and deaths all over the country which is why I believe it is so important to have this law passed as soon as possible. It could be you or your loved one in that small fraction. Also just because someone’s life wasn’t taken from texting and driving doesn’t mean it hasn’t affected their life in some way or another. It is trying to get peoples attention to ask them “is a text really worth looking at while you are driving, it cannot wait?” So the creator is trying to argue to stay away from texting and driving because losing your life or causing an accident just because of a text is not worth it. Pathos As you take a look at this picture different types of emotions and feelings go through your head. The emotion that the picture itself portrays for people to see is pain. The way the car is smashed to together just shows how hard the two cars collided together.
The point of the speed limit is to give us a chance to stop and protect us and others. When you speed you have less chance of stopping if someone runs into a street etc. This is when minor laws become major laws and violent crimes. Our job as citizens is to obey laws minor or major, big or small. But if no one follows them then more and more won’t follow them.

If you are concerned for your safety while driving you should avoid texting and talking on your cell phone, talking to passengers, eating and drinking, getting ready, and being a DJ. These five everyday bad habits while driving can be life threatening and by refraining from them you can save your self from the risk of a deadly accident. First on the list is texting and talking on the phone. Texting and talking on the phone can be dangerous and affect your driving by causing you to concentrate on the person you are talking to rather than the road.
Staff should go to the nearest traffic light stops or pelican crossings to avoid stopping traffic themselves, if they walked on the road randomly. I have made these suggestions because if the staffs choose to cross freely without ensuring the road is safe and all children are not holding their hands, It could potentially cause accident, This could cause a potential child being hit by a car because they are not all holding their hands together and they could run into the road without correct supervision. Also the adults should double check if the roads are clear to cross. This is very important in helping them cross the road safely, staff should safely follow these steps this possibly will minimize hazards.
