How to avoid Stress What is meant by stress??? Well stress is difficult to define or measure. Mostly people thrive on a busy lifestyle and are able to cope well with life crises and other people feel tensed or stressed by the slightest deviation from their set daily routine. Normally people fall somewhere in between, but may have periods when levels of stress increase. Stress causes you worry, anxiety, frustration and your head throbs and the muscles across your shoulders and in your neck feel tense and ache. Moreover, too much stress can cause chronic fatigue, digestive upsets, back pain, reduce concentration and impair your decision-making ability. Well stress can go higher with doing one of the following: • If a person is not being able to sleep properly with worries going through your mind then he can definitely face stress situation • If some is being impatient or irritable at minor problems • Another important point is that if some one not being able to concentrate due to many things going through your mind • If a person is unable to make decisions • If someone is drinking or smoking more than a limit then it can cause stress as well • If anyone not enjoying food so much • Unable to relax, and always feeling that something needs to be done • Any sort of tension can create stress Well sometimes stress builds up quickly. Like the unexpected traffic jam or sometimes it is ongoing like example, a difficult job. Additionally a stress-free lifestyle could very well do wonders in eliminating depression.
