How the Pyramids Were Built

How were the pyramids built? There are so many theories that explain how the pyramids of Egypt were built. I think that Aliens are a little out there but you never know, I also don’t thing they could have lifted the stones up to the top of the pyramids in my opinion that is almost impossible. So I believe the most common theory. I believe that they cut large limestone blocks using copper chisels and saws from mines they had found. Then large groups of men dragged them to the pyramid site. Then they pushed the base layer of stones into place. Next they built long and large ramps of mostly brick to bring up the next layer and this continued, until they made it to the top of the pyramid. Last, they covered the pyramid with a top outer layer of white stones. They placed them so close together that is seemed the pyramid was cut out of a single stone. This makes a lot of sense in my opinion, because it is highly improbable that they could have created them any other way. The only other way that makes sense to me is that they pulled them up with a rope but, this is also unlikely because, were would you get strong enough rope. That was a theory I had thought of. Another theory could be that there was no movement of the blocks at all. Some Egyptologists believe they had created “fake” stones by creating molds out of wood and pouring in cement. No one knows what type of cement could have been used in ancient times, but this theory does make sense. Again this theory is very unlikely because it does not match all of the skeleton remains with evidence from hard physical labor on almost every skeleton. There are so many theories of what could have happened. Another was that they used large levers to lift them. They question is how would they get such a big lever and how would they tip it down? No one can tell you, that is why I don’t exactly agree with that.
