Homosexuals do not choose to be that way. They do not choose to be ridiculed and made fun of and set apart. God made them that way, and then turns around and says it's wrong; that they'll go to hell. Screw what god says! Is he just a jerk?
The Puritans wanted to remove all practice and rituals of Catholicism from Europe. John Winthrop and fellow Puritans were frustrated with religious activities in England, “All other Churches of Europe are brought to desolation and or sinnes”. He believed that the Church was corrupted and that the lord “Frowned upon us, doe threatens us fearfully”. Winthrop believed that England was invaded by evil and ran by a corrupted Government, and that the roots for religious learning were being disturbed. They feared to live in such sinful society, because they believed that God predestined people to salvation and others were damned for the rest of time.
Fundamentalists are using religion to defend their culture in a negative way and have thus created a stigma for ethnic minorities. This stigma then makes them want to defend their culture
In reading Invitation to Catholicism by Alice Camille, I felt a sense of relief and excitement. It has been a while since I took part in a discussion about my religious beliefs and found that this book was exactly what I have been missing. The author understands and takes on a view point about the Catholic faith and the Bible from a person in the twentieth century. Chapter 1 – Room for Mystery. In the first chapter titled Room for Mystery, Alice discusses all those things about Catholicism that sceptics believe to be true.
The point is not to accept these wrong doings as proper actions. The point is that fear alone is not what God uses. The Lord utilizes his love and understanding. God speaks of His forgiveness. There are many examples of men who were on the wrong path who repented and became
The more knowledge gained of genital mutilation led to different reasons of have the procedure done, such as “keeping their daughter’s chastity” (37). 94. Romney v. United States fought against this ruling and eventually realized that they could not win this battle which lead to the renouncing of polygamy. While I agree that all beliefs are not right as in the book which states “Thugs of India imagined that their belief in the right of assassination was a religious belief; but their thinking so did not make it so.Yes it does not make it right because they believe in polygamy but it’s very hard to take away something someone belief started from, is based on and ask them to still believe in the same way as the founders who beliefs they are carrying out. In today’s time Mormons still exist and each year missionaries go out to countries to convince people to transform to their beliefs. In the end I believe we can’t take away the Mormons main beliefs from them and we shouldn’t punish them for doing it as long as they it in their own society.

Many people think that Christian Chastity is impossible, but when one really puts there mind to it they will be surprised at what they can overcome. Lewis then goes on to say that we cannot simply do it on our own strength but to go to God for our strength.
Any time a doctor gives any sort of treatment, it is going against God’s will. Catholics and other religious believers are being hypocrites because their yearly physicals or getting a flu shot is violating God’s will. Opponents are also going against the separation of church and state by bringing in the Supreme Court to make P.A.S. illegal. The concept is for the church to stay out of the state’s business and opponents are clearly crossing the line.
