      When I was younger, I used to be overweight. At one time, I wanted to drop out of school because I used to be the laughing stock of class.
I used to go home crying every day. I never used to go the beaches Because I was impressed of the way my body used to look in a swim suit.   Last year I decided to do something about it, so I Joined   the gym. I visited a nutritionist to find out how to lose weight and build muscle in a safe way, so the nutritionist gave all the details.   I quickly got started. I started working out and doing Cardio five days a week.   A   couple of month's   passed, and I started to get the three things   that I wanted. which Were to lose weight, build self-esteem and make new friends.


    The loss of weight was incredible. I used to weigh 230 pounds and   know I Only weigh   178 pounds. I started to buy smaller and tighter clothes, and at one point, People weren't even recognizing me. I knew that I was doing something right. Now I was more active, and I was able to play with my kids without getting tired so fast.

                           
    The second one was self-esteem. I was completely in love by the way that I was looking, a pride in me. I was able to go to the beaches
And wear a swim suit instead of being all covered up in pounds of clothes, knowing that people weren't   staring at me and taking behind my back.


  By going to the gym I started to make new friends, and helping people That were going thru the same situation that was. It was even better Going to the gym with more people because I got more motivated to keep On working out.


  There are many reason why a person should work out and stay Healthy. The truth is that people need to think about the consequences that can occur by eating unhealthy. I think that the   effect of being obese is very sad for an adult...
