How many of you have a place that you’ll never forget? No matter if you’ve only visited it once or twice, but you can relate to it in every way, shape, or form. This place can be far away from your home or it can be next door. Everybody has a place that they will forever be connected to no matter if its a personal connection or something cultural. I have a personal connection to my room at my parent’s house. This is like my getaway. My paradise on a rainy, stormy, cold day. The walls are brightly painted yellow and teal. The yellow reminds me if the sun and the teal reminds me of the beach. It’s bright colors helps me relax after a long hard day of work, stress, and school. I painted my room these colors because i'm a happy person and I hate to see people down and sad all the time. I'm very cheerful and energetic. There were many memories made in my room. Some were good and some were bad. One memory that I always think about is the time I was very sick and couldn't leave the house. My nephew which was one at the time came in and gave me a hug and a kiss. That made me feel so much better. Before he left the room he said “I LOVE YOU TE-TE!” One of the walls is covered with pictures of family and friends. I love taking pictures. I’ll stop whatever im doing and take pictures of myself, friends, or scenery. Pictures are always good memories. The back of the door is covered with shopping bags, tags, and receipts. This is because I live to shop. Shopping helps relieve a lot of unnecessary stress. There are bags from Kohl's, Forever 21, Wet Seal, Hollister, Victoria Secret, Macys, and many more places. My closet doors are two big mirrors. This was a must to have because every girl loves looking in the mirror. Also, because I have to make sure that my outfit for the day looks right. I have a very unique style and way of dressing. I love switching up my style and dressing
