The more that you take in external motivators, the more it reduces your ultimate satisfaction because it doesn’t come from inside” (Messina) Many are the researches that are focused on students motivation, the new and varied methods to apply in the classroom and the internal and external factors that motivation implies. This is a very positive development in the science of education due to the constant change in students’ context. There are plenty of reasons to embrace the motivation topic; the actual student movement is a clear example of the general dissatisfaction regarding Education, however, it is necessary more concern in the field of teachers’ motivation. “Teachers need to feel a part of a motivated team of educators in order to continue the learning cycle. This is especially crucial just before a vacation or semester break.” (Sasson). Every year they organize and demonstrate showing their nonconformity without receiving a satisfactory answer or results. This is a direct cause of demotivation affecting the environment in the classroom and therefore, decreasing the level in the teaching and learning process. “Good motivation produces good learning. Students need to feel the joy and purpose of learning. Some teachers are great motivators. Others need help to inspire”. (Craft) T he functions awarded to education emerge from varied topics and intellectual postures. In this sense, it is possible to say that teachers occupy diverse functions given the nature of their task. There are some who see Education as the possibility of developing at its maximum expression the hidden potentialities of each individual, in a way that they can occupy an important role in the society which will lead them
