Self reflection is also knowing that I may need professional development in an area. This is needed so that I can be able to show unconditional positive regard, a non judgemental attitude and to be able to show empathy. Therefore it is important that I take time out to reflect in my performance and development. Self awareness can also be done in supervision or through peers. It helps to keep one’s mind fresh and with new ideas on how to deal with issues which I face during my sessions with a client.
Without perseverance, comes no solution. The importance of SOB’s efforts is really the main idea behind it all. If we don’t exercise our rights by protesting for a just cause, they will be taken for granted and taken away. The importance of protests is somewhat diminished as time goes by because we can’t march to better healthcare or cause civil disobedience to change the budget deficit. We need to conduct meetings and propose a plan
Knowing others strengths in an online learning environment helps me understand how they think. When I receive feedback from others I will understand their method of thinking. Their experience helps me to think differently for myself. CONCULSION Remember, these resources can only be successful if practiced. These tools have helped me in my educational journey as of yet.
"Reliable or not ?" Nelson Mandela once said, "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Indeed education is the most important aspect of life these days. In this modern world of competing countries where every country strives to be on the top, America has been going downhill in Education. Education is what allows you to make the correct decisions in life and hence allows you to make a positive contribution to society as Nelson stated.
The whole idea behind marketisation was that by introducing the ideas of big business into schools the education system would improve. Consumer/parental choice and competition between schools would inevitably lead to better standards and would improve equality of opportunity. Parents were given the right to send their children to a school of their choice. Schools now had to publish league tables which would help parents make an informed decision. This led to parents having more power as consumers.
All people have the right to education. Roosevelt, Kaplan, and Obama mentioned the importance and the right of education for society. In Roosevelt’s list of basic needs, he states that “The enjoyment of the fruits of scientific progress in a wider and constantly rising standard of living” is one of the basic things expected by people. Scientific progress makes economy, the country, and people’s lives better. It brings money for research, credibility for the country, and medicine improvements.

Once I am in SWAG other students will realize this and might want to achieve like me and try to be in SWAG. While in SWAG I will let younger students know that it doesn't matter what age you are to become a leader. Also, I will become an elite member of SWAG. I have a great GPA and can really speak for the students to make this school better. I could take ideas and listen to the students.
Apart from the many other common reasons for becoming a teacher (“I feel a calling to teaching”; “it’s a chance to positively impact the community” and “children need good/better role models”), ultimately, I believe that teaching is one of the most rewarding professions, and that it will lead to a brighter future for myself, and my family. I’m certain people would perceive pedagogy as a career that would continually put someone through a tremendous amount of stress, and although this could be true, it is why people should be praised for deciding to pursue this profession. Teachers are responsible for shaping children, building their character, and helping them work towards their aspirations. In essence, teachers are the people who create the future. It’ll help give them a sense of belonging to others and in the world. Teens could work together and create community service projects that’ll help the community and Hawaii. This also gives them a reason to work together and cooperate with one another. There will also be time for homework and other activities to help each other exceed academically and physically. With this program, teens that usually don’t talk to each other will start to get along with each
