Gardner found that the list consisted of eight different yet separate intelligences, that Gardner studied and made a list of eight individual intelligences. The eight distinctive intelligences consist of; linguistic, musical, naturalist, logical-mathematical, bodily-kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal and intrapersonal (Kowalski, R. and Westen,D., 2011).
He argues that priming effects have some effects on how someone performs. Some people may think that is stupid if they don’t know about certain things when that isn’t how intelligence is measured. People who have never been taught about something in some way probably don’t know about it. The real way to measure intelligence is to teach someone something and them pick it up and understand it without being taught most people won’t know much about it.
People with good structured principles have a better capacity to view situations in a more broader sense. These people views are usually base on logic instead of ill-rational thinking. I believe my parents or role models taught me reasonable ethics. I learn many valuable thinking, but the best is think for myself and make my own chooses without any negative influences. Knowledge also plays an important role in a person's world view.
A persons IQ and their emotional intelligence are not opposite abilities, but they are separate ones. We all mix our intelligence and our emotions in everyday doings. With that being said there are individuals that have a high IQ but they have a very low emotional intelligence, these individuals are very rare individuals, because usually with a high IQ comes a persons ability to recognize their own or others emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is important because interacting with people every day is inevitable, and with that comes emotional experiences with those people that individuals must learn to adapt to. Managers must supervise their employees, and they must also handle situations and help motivate their employees to make them more productive individuals.
CONCLUSIONS In summary, our research concluded that children and young adults with Down syndrome do have a fair level of computer-related skills. Existing jobs that they typically hold may not use all of the skills that these individuals are capable of. Even moving up one or two levels in the employment chain would represent a success. The higher job responsibilities require an increased level of comfort with multiple electronic devices and addition software applications. If children with Down syndrome are using computers earlier and earlier, then perhaps, new skills, such as keyboarding, and new software applications, such as e-mail and word processing, can be integrated into educational programs.
This therefore means that since their distraction and hyperactivity levels are suppressed, they can function well and execute tasks as well as the average non-ADHD student.
