Running Head: Organizational Architecture of the Primerica Offices of Rod Swartz Organizational Architecture of the Primerica Offices of Rod Swartz A Truly Complicated Organizational Model With Terrific Upside Rod D. Swartz Professional Development, MBA 540, Summer-2 2012 Professor James Larriviere St. Leo University, MBA540 August 19, 2012 Company Description and Structure The Primerica Offices of Rod Swartz is the name of the business I established and have run since May of 1994. Our office functions as an independent contractor offering the products and services of Primerica, Inc. and falls under the organizational structure and constraints of Primerica Financial Services (Primerica). Through Primerica’s promotion guidelines, I earned the promotion to a Regional Vice President (RVP) which provides me the opportunity to autonomously run my office within the legal and ethical requirements of the industry and company (discussed later) and essentially to earn the right to ownership over the business unit I have built. Earning ownership enables one the right to pass on their business interests to their family or receive a buy-out from Primerica, Inc. This somewhat autonomous structure corresponds most closely to a divisional structure, also known as the “multidivisional form of organization” (Brickley, Smith & Zimmerman, 2009), as each office functions as a business within a business.

Memorandum To: Marketing Department From: Andy Ali Date: 6/6/2014 Re: Comparison of 60614 and national profile WidgeCorp national sales meeting is approaching and I have been tasked to compare regional data (60614) to the national profile. Each profile contains four demographic reports (General Summary, Census Trend 1980 to 2000 Summary, Occupation and Employment Summary, and Income Summary) and the information will be drawn from these reports. General Summary The regional data shows that for the 2000 census 44.19% had an undergraduate degree and 33.99% of the population had a graduate degree. When this is compared to the national profile, the nation’s numbers show 15.54% had an undergraduate degree and 8.86% obtained a graduate degree.
NORTHERN NEW MEXICO COLLEGE RECRUITMENT MARKETING PLAN 2009-2014 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY During the next five years, Northern New Mexico College’s marketing efforts will become more clearly defined and will expand as our marketing expertise and programs expand. We have developed a good marketing foundation that has enabled the College to remove less productive activities and attempt new approaches. Since 2005, when legislation was enacted which permitting the College to offer four-year degrees, NNMC has experienced an evident surge in current admissions activity. As a result enrollment has increased from 2,008 in 2007 to 2,552 in 2008. This coming year presents two distinct challenges; a competitive environment for recruitment of new students
