2.0 Introduction: Heineken is one of the greatest brewers in the world, which has a global network of distributors, and 125 breweries in more than 70 countries. Evolving since 1860s, Heineken aims to be a leading brewer in each market under their operation and also to be the world’s most valuable portfolio. In order for them to succeed in their aims, they need the support from people who are directly and indirectly impacting their business. 3.0 Stakeholders: One of the fruits to its labour are the stakeholders. They are organizations and individuals who directly and indirectly affect the activities of the company. In the context of Heineken, the stakeholders are; 3.1 Employees play a significant role in an organization. One of their areas of concern will be the environment that they will be working at. For instance if they are working in a place where they are treated equally without any bias or where minimal politics are involved, they would be more willing to commit in their jobs. Secondly will be the human rights that they deserve as an employee. For example, the ability to give opinions freely and by gaining recognition will make them feel appreciated and needed by the company. Lastly, the success and growth of the company will lead to the drive of the employees, as they will strive to get to a higher position. To meet these concerns, Heineken can provide a good working atmosphere by ensuring that there is equal treatment in company. Having frequent dialogues with employees would also help in understanding more of their needs and would serve as a good tool of communication. Secondly, Heineken can reserve human rights by recognizing their efforts through incentives. Incentives like providing healthcare system for employees or giving promotions can increase their loyalty in the company. 3.2 Another contributing stakeholder would be the consumer. Their
