I. Good Nutrition -Fruit and vegetables improve your health. - Able to get enough nutrients for your body. -Can prevent diseases. Poor Nutrition -Junks foods weaken the body and effect it. -Too much can cause damage to your inner body and heart. II. Beneficial Outcomes for Healthy Lifestyle -Exercising (Gym, walks, etc.) keeps you looking right. -More energy to do things. -Clothes start to fit again. -More alert of your surroundings. -Can last much longer in things Outcomes for Unhealthy Lifestyle -Gaining weight -Poor stability -Fat -Energy level low. -Lazy to start anything or finish it. -Easily become slower. III. Self-Satisfaction for Healthy Lifestyle -Motivation to keep going. -Personality becomes better. -You feel better about yourself. -Less chance of getting a risk of diseases. -Self- Esteem becomes more positive -Get a chance to impact another person’s life which makes you feel better in what you’re doing. No satisfaction for Unhealthy Lifestyle -You become lazy. -Never want to start anything because you feel it won’t change. -Self- esteem is low. -Higher risk of getting diseases like diabetes. IV. Conclusion: Most people would enjoy eating junk food and chocolates all the time but do they ever wonder what damage they are causing themselves? Though it may sounds like a splendid idea, living a healthy lifestyle can last and help you live much longer. It comes with good nutrition, beneficial outcomes and is a self- satisfier.
