Introduction It is widely acknowledged that health is the wealth which cannot be bought by money and a healthy diet is fundamental to a healthy body. “To eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art”, as stated by a French writer La Rochefoucauld (as cited in Lewis, 2011). “Eating intelligently”, generally speaking, is having a balanced and regular diet habit to gain adequate nutrition for maintaining a healthy body. “Eating intelligently” is based on a good knowledge about nutrition. Although the public awareness on nutrition has been rising, the current health situation is still a great concern around the world.
