This would need to be one to one communication so that it is just two people talking to each other and it is easy to understand.
First and foremost are the patients and public, because they are the heart of the organization. It is important for the organization to consider the effects that a new system will have on the patients. There will always be some sort of learning curve when implementing a new system; therefore, the implementation may cause a negative reaction for a short amount of time. Also, the organization must look at the physicians and staff. It is necessary that the system be easy for physicians and staff to use, while also functioning at the level the staff needs to do their job efficiently and effectively.

Yet demanding the field requires dealing with people and contains several areas of personal interest. Although hospitals may be the main area of concentration, the position deals with other essential areas of healthcare such as outpatient clinics, group practices, and nursing homes. All areas are just as important as the next and require the same amount if not more dedication and determination. The outcome may be different for each person but the mission and objective will always remain the same. Health care professionals must share the responsibility of providing good quality health care to all patients.
One concern in particular will be the amount of healthcare workers needed in the future to provide the necessary care. In economic terms the supply must meet the demand for healthcare. There will be many healthcare workers retiring, so new personnel are going to be needed. To staff personnel, there should be individuals recruited for careers in physicians, nurses, medical assistants and medical receptionists. It is important for citizens to improve their lifestyle choices.
