Happiest Place on Earth So called 'Happiest Place on Earth' brought me great fear when I lost the one person who makes me the happiest. Summer break of my fifth grade year, and nothing to do in my hometown, so what better way to spend it than going to Disneyland with my family! Just my grandmother, aunt, and myself. It was the most memorable week of my life. In a good way and in a bad way. When we got to Disneyland I was so excited! Once we all got to the hotel i could not wait to go to the Disneyland theme park. I did not know what ride to go on first. There was the big rides that I barely was let on to ride and then there was the little rides that made me feel like a baby, but secretly, deep down inside, still enjoyed. I had a blast! Every single day, there was something new to do and go on adventures to explore the giant park. Trying to take it on all in one day, but defeated when the clock striked twelve. One afternoon i went to the park with my grandma. I had to be her little translator because she did not know a word of english and stick to her like glue because we would both get lost in the giant theme park. She was scared to go on any rides, so i would go on them by myself and she would wait for me by the nearest bench. Every time I would go on a ride I would look back to her and make sure i know where she was sitting. When i got off of the Nemo ride i went to the nearest bench and she was not there. I searched all around the Nemo ride and she was no where to be found. I started to walk around the park, wondering where my grandma would be. I checked the food courts, the benches close to where I was. Overwhelmed, i started to cry. There was no way I could get ahold of her, she did not have a phone. The security found me. I froze. I did not know what to do. They took me to the office. There, I was not alone. I met other kids who were lost.
