Matthew C. Ziats English 1301 10/10/14 Sleepless At TSTC How many times have you been awoken in the middle of the night from some sort of external noise? For a college student like me, this frequent thing happens. From the two months I have been here, I have not gotten a full sleep at night because either I can hear my neighbors playing call of duty and listening to music on full blast or someone outside squealing there tires outside and making sure how big of a truck they have. As you can read in the TSTC Rules and Policies, “The volume of noise is to be kept low to ensure that other residents are not infringed upon.
