Method :
In a suitable shallow bowl, take butter and microwave it in low (or reheat) mode for 1 - 2 mins until the butter melts. Ensure that the butter is just about melted and doesn`t burn. Let the butter cool. Add icing sugar and beat it well for 10 mins. While adding milk little by little, add sugar powder, baking powder, cooking soda, flour and mix well.
Add vanila essence, pineapple essence and mix and beat the batter for 20 mins.
Pre-heat the microwave Oven in Convection mode for 3 mins.
Take a greased microwave safe bowl (similar to Borosil(r)) and heat for about 2 mins. Remove the bowl and pour the batter into the bowl and place back in the Microwave oven for 7 - 8 mins set to 160 degrees Celcius in Convection mode, in "Microwave Only" option.
After this, let it stand for about 2 mins before removing the bowl out from the oven.
After removing the bowl, tip it upside down on a large plate and leave it for 10 mins.
Slowly pull up the bowl off the plate to leave the cake.
