What would you have done about Greenway’s behaviors if you were in Crockett’s Position? Were the eventual problems detectable in the beginning? Greenway’s behavior was sneaky, rude, and inconsiderate. If I was in Crockett position, I would have approach Greenway about his behavior and discuss how it makes me feel. But Crockett personality is not like that he let people run over him. (2) Certain Characteristics of Greenway was detectable in the beginning, but the same negative characteristics of Greenway were the same that attract Crockett and Hayworth. 2. What types of people fit better in large organizations versus entrepreneurial ventures? Does Crockett exemplify such characteristics or not? What about Greenway? How trainable are such characteristics. Large organizations are for vigorous people, people that are strong minded and aggressive, people that are completely fine with a working structure that is consistent. They are for people that are competitive because they want to promote and grow within the organization. (2) Greenway is more suitable for large organizations. Greenway’s characteristic traits would allow him to be very competitive in large organizations; his aggressive ways would suit a large organization. (3) Entrepreneurial ventures are for people with more creative minds, people that are always looking for new ideas and don’t mind being patient and working with people, entrepreneurial ventures are innovators.
